Client Agreement
Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 9, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Client") and WhatASaaS. By subscribing to our services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Services
WhatASaaS is an AI SaaS builder on whatasaas.com: your brief becomes an AI chat app that goes live after launch checks pass, hosted with us. Support is via the dashboard and email.
3. Fees & Subscription
- Host and Studio: Polar is the reseller and merchant of record. These plans renew every month until you cancel in the Polar customer portal, opened from Settings or Select plan. Factory and White-glove Care are not self-serve Polar checkouts.
- Knowledge meters: Knowledge-graph queries and ingest chunks may be billed via Polar usage events (`lightrag_query`, `lightrag_ingest`).
4. Fees, refunds, and source
Host and Studio fees are billed monthly through Polar and are not refunded by us except where required by law. Polar may still issue a refund or chargeback under Polar’s buyer terms. You own generated source and may eject it. Factory and White-glove Care are agreed separately and are not Polar digital products.
5. Liability & AI Limitations
While our AI is advanced, it is not human. It may make errors, hallucinate facts, or misinterpret intent. WhatASaaS is not liable for:
- Lost revenue due to generated-app behavior or model errors.
- Misstatements made by your AI wrapper (you are responsible for auditing responses and knowledge you ingest).
- Outages from upstream providers (xAI, Google, Polar, Neon, plugin hosts).
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Polar customer portal, opened from Settings or Select plan. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for early cancellation.
7. White-glove Care (invoiced separately, not a Polar product)
White-glove Care is not a Polar checkout and this page does not quote a price for it. It applies only when a written agreement invoices it separately. That agreement sets the fee, the scope, and the timeline. You own your brand, content, and end-user data. The standard source zip stays free. An assisted move or a full buyout, if you ask for one, is a written invoice and is not a Polar product.
The White-glove MSA and DPA are shared before work starts and govern where they differ from this page. These terms are pending final counsel review.
