After it goes live
No surprises once customers are using it. Here is what happens month to month, and how to leave.
Where it lives
Your app runs at whatasaas.com/apps-live/your-app. Factory can use your own domain.
Document-answer limits
Each app counts its document-answer queries from the start of your billing month. At the limit, new document questions get a quota message until the next month. The rest of the app keeps running.
If a payment fails
You keep access for 14 days while you update billing. After that, the app shows visitors a "temporarily unavailable" page until billing is fixed.
Taking it offline
Unpublish a live app from its dashboard page whenever you want. You confirm first.
Cancelling
Cancel in the Polar customer portal from Settings. The app stays hosted until the end of the paid month.
Taking the source
Download the full source any time, free, with no approval needed, and run it on your own accounts.
