Support Copilot answers customer questions from your own help articles.
General chatbots make up policy. Support Copilot answers only from your app's own documents, like hours, refunds and password resets.
The template is an AI chat app with document answers turned on. Your documents stay inside your app. The source download still works on its own: set KNOWLEDGE_PROVIDER=local after you download it.
